cloudfront-signer 2.0.0

A fork of Dylan Vaughn's signing gem - https://github.com/stlondemand/aws_cf_signer. The gem has been rewritten to use class methods and includes specific signing methods for both url and streaming paths, including html 'safe' escpaed versions of each.
