    repackage 1.0.30

    This library is called repackage. It allows you to repackage an archive, i.e. .tar.gz to .tar.xz format. Since as of April 2021 (not an april joke), the licence is now LGPL-2.1 rather than GPL-2.x. It was considered to simplify integrating LGPL into other projects rather than GPL.
